   After many years of superb five star service we were disappointed with today’s service. I had to constantly go looking for our server who gave the appearance we were just a nuisance. Dirty dishes piled up and the whole experience was so different from what we have been used to at the Biltmore over the years. This is the first time our experience has been anything other than exceptional.

   On the positive side, the food was really REALLY good. We both enjoyed it very much. The service was amazing, since the moment we stepped into the valet parking service all the way till ve left, the service was phenomenal. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because I didn't like that the outside chairs are plastic chairs, very cheap looking. I understand is outside seating but there are better options. I also didn't like the layout with the separation for breakfast and lunch items on opposite sides. It was raining when I went so it was a bit annoying having to go the long way with my hands full. Another thing that i think could be improved is the overall ambiance. I ate inside because of the rain, and because the music was so low, all I could hear was the clinking of the cutlery of everyone else. I felt like I was at a diner instead of a high end brunch. Overall I think they have the right idea, but it's not all the way there. If they can find a better balance between food quality and vibe, this could be really great!

   You come here for the ambiance. Whether you choose to sit inside or outside, you will love it. The setting outside by the fountain is lush. Inside it’s stylish and high class. The choice of dishes is amazing. Yes, they also have black and red caviar. If you know your caviar, stick with black caviar here; red caviar had a bit of a fishy taste – it was either not too fresh or not the best quality. Noise depends on who sits at the next table. Prosecco was refilled often. You can order all kinds of coffee and tea. Salad leaves were crispy; other vegetables were of best quality. Roast beef, lamb and turkey were cooked to perfection. Today, March 16, branch was $120 per person plus 20% service charge, plus some kind of tax and another fee. We paid $469 for 3 people. You can’t possibly eat enough food to justify $120 per person. Another option is to eat at a table by the pool, ordering from their a la cart menu.

   For all the fame at a beautiful and classy hotel, the brunch is a disappointment. It is crowded, people do not respect queues, there are three or four separate locations to get the food, floors are wet from dripping coming from the air conditioning. The food is mediocre at best. Caviar tasteless, sushi of better quality at Publix. Paella? Should find a different name for that. The lamb was overcooked, the sirloin very hard. Champaign? What is served is a cheap Prosecco. The bill was okay, gratuity included and tip expected, which I paid to leave soon. It was cheap, as was the food, the drinks and the service. Will never go back, it is all hype.

    Sunday, March 9th, 2025 After a hiatus, I returned to what I thought would be our occasional Sunday brunch with a dear group of friends. The food and service excelled; however, the music had a deep bass stumping sound that hit you in the gut. It seemed never to end, and we all just wanted to eat our lunch and get out of there. It sadly was a ruined afternoon.
