A small, intimate restaurant perfectly situated on the oldest lane in Norwich, Bishops Dining Room and Wine Bar is everything you would expect from a fine dining restaurant and more. Our welcoming, relaxed atmosphere will ensure you and your guests have an experience to treasure. Our food is locally sourced, wherever possible, to give you a taste of the real Norfolk. Our Chefs passionately prepare each of our dishes to really make Bishops Dining Room and Wine Bar a unique restaurant, any special requests are happily accommodated.     Limited choice but all food always excellent quality, delicious and good value for money. Wine cellar excellent choice and affordable also. Dining room can be a little tight on space and noisy if large groups, so perhaps not ideal for anyone with a hearing issue.

    Fantastic service, friendly, professional and punctual. Food was perfectly balanced. Timings for each course was immaculate. A perfect example of how you should run a restaurant.

    This has become my favourite Norwich restaurant, not at all pretentious, unlike some others, the service is polite and friendly the ambience is superb and the food, for me the most important part, is amazing, beautifully cooked and presented. I cannot fault this place at all.
