   The server really struggled with many missed requests, not very attentive and the overall experience was VERY VERY SLOW. We were not expecting a 3 hour dinner. Not sure if he was overloaded with tables or if it was the kitchen. The food was excellent though and we love it here.

   Probably the most incredibly cooked steaks we have had at a restaurant bar none! Flavor was exquisite, server Spencer was attentive, cheerful, knowledgeable and efficient. Ambiance was great, patrons cheerful - space was a little loud but candlelight glow made it feel intimate. Highly recommend!

   The food was good, however, the waitstaff is poorly trained. Not just our waitress, but the table servers too. The most pleasant person to visit our table was the owner(?) who was very charming. We did not say anything at dinner, on a Saturday night the place was packed. We were already there and made the best of the comedy of errors. To start, we were catching up with our friends and only one piece of bread was taken from the loaf when the table staff took up our bread plates and left the bread. Weird. Hubs got more bread plates. When my lobster came, the plate was roughly placed on our table spilling the ghee like she almost lost control of the entire plate. When removing the lobster shell, instead of placing the plate for the shell on the table, she held it above my head and took the ghee soaked shell from my plate over me. Thankfully the butter dripped on the table and I ducked to the side, shocked she took the shell in that way. Then the table staff refilled our water, she over poured one and water went everywhere. While she apologized, she left the over filled water on the table and did not come back to clean it so we finished our meal on a soaked table cloth. We decided to order dessert and the wrong one was brought for us, grateful our friends was right. By the time ours came, they were finished eating and ours was one scoop of ice cream instead if two. Awkward. The food was good but it did not make up for the overall experience. Experience is as important as the meal when you choose a place to make a memory with friends. Disappointed and won’t be returning.

   It was my partner's and I anniversary and first time to Bistecca. We were blown away as soon as we walked in. It was gorgeous. Our server, Khail (spelling?) was absolutely awesome. He was very informative, very charismatic, and very patient. He recommended the Steak Salverno and it was delectable. My partner and I shared the Duck and it was melt in your mouth pleasant. There was no reason for that food to be that damn good. And to top it all off, our server gave us a free dessert for the anniversary, white chocolate cheesecake, and it was amazing as well. So in conclusion, this place is the absolute best, 10/10 will come again. Thank you again for making it a special and fantastic visit!

   Going to Bistecca is as close to a “sure thing” as you can get! The food, service and ambiance are always fantastic! When I want the very best this is THE place to go!

   Food, as always, never disappoints. Morris does an amazing job in his creations. Our waitress, Stormy” is always TOP notch! She’s the best! Loved our experience ❤️

   We have chosen to celebrate our anniversary here for over 10’years!! It’s one of our favorite restaurants and we strongly recommend it to couples every chance we get. We love this place!!
