   Everything was great! Service, Food, quality. However, 1 person that stood out was a bus boy who was not only clearing tables but also attentive to the customers including our table by bringing out things forgotten by our server (complimentary bread, ketchup, A1 sauce, side of mashed potatoes) overall Christmas Eve dinner was pleasant

   Arrived maybe 25 minutes before reservation time and was not seated until 5:10. At this point idk if making a reservation ahead of time is even worth it because people that arrived after us were seated before. Also, I’m not sure but it seemed like the did not have enough servers that day. It took about 45min for us to get our food order taken and food did not come out until 6:40. This was my graduation celebration dinner. It was supposed to be a special moment but instead turned out to be the hunger games lol. The restaurant did not seem super packed, I think they just lacked servers. The food is always good quality. But I don’t think I would make a reservation ahead of time or even be back for the lack of service. In summary, not an enjoyable experience.

   We were visiting the area and stayed in Mission Valley— decided to come check this place out. Got there in time for happy hour and was able to get the campfire feast for two. Great service, nice staff, great food. We were a little overdressed, it’s definitely more of a ln elevated chain steakhouse where casual wear is acceptable. Would visit again.

   100% of the time the hostess makes you mad. With everyone. Once you get passed them, it's all good. They are ALL rude, make you wait even with the restaurant empty and servers standing around.

   Vanessa and crew took care of us for dinner. Vanessa was polite and I can definitely tell she has been a waitress for a while. Definitely coming back to use the OT app at Black Angus.

    Gabby was the best server! She was super attentive and considerate. She anticipated any of our needs before we had to ask and was always available. A true asset.
