   I used to love this place. I don’t understand what happened! We weren’t offered bread, while the tables around us had several loaves. My wife ordered a breaded chicken sandwich and was asked if she wanted it medium or well done??? When the sandwich arrived it was entirely the wrong sandwich. My steak was totally unseasoned and super thin. My potato didn’t even have the usual salt and butter crust. When we asked about the sandwich, the server brought out sauce. It was supposed to be a breaded buffalo chicken sandwich with chipotle mayo and cheese. Instead it was a thin grilled chicken patty with guacamole. Couldn't get any refills on drinks. We weren’t offered bread not offered any sort of discount for the wrong entree being delivered. It took several tries to get the server to listen long enough for me to show her I had a rewards account…. And then another try to get her to apply my reward! I think i’m done with them. Used to be my favorite place.

   Meal was excellent. Good potions, great flavors. We had the Campfire Feast which includes an appetizer, 2 entrees, 4 sidekicks (2 each) and dessert to share. Great service

   The decor was outdated.The food was good but not great. The people across from us were exceptionally loud which was annoying. Our waitress was very nice. I don’t plan on returning

   Prime Rib is our favorite item on the menu. Get the 24 oz. and share it ... GREAT value. Server was attentive without being a pest. This place never disappoints.

   Always great food, portions are sometimes inconsistent especially if your table is filled up. But overall great place to eat.

    We usually get excellent steaks here, but this experience was really bad. I was there with a friend to celebrate her birthday and both of our steaks were terrible. After taking just a few bits and realizing how tough and grisly they were, we informed our waiter and he had new steaks cooked for us. My New York was about 70% better than the one I sent back, but my friends ribeye was still terrible. I was extremely disappointed! This is my "go to place" for excellent steaks and service, but not this time. Paying nearly $100 for this meal did not sit well with me at all.
