   AS USUAL, THE EXPERIENCE AT BLACK ANGUS STEAKHOUSE IN LANCASTER, CA WAS EXCEPTIONAL. THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS, INCLUDING THE TWIN LOBSTER TAILS WHICH WERE EXCEPTIONAL. MY CRISPY SHRIMP WERE PERFECTLY PREPARED AND WERE COMPLIMENTED BY THE ALWAYS GREAT AU GRATIN POTATOES. IT REALLY IS THE FINEST RESTAURANT IN THE ANTELOPE VALLEY. A SPECIAL THANKS NEEDS TO GO OUT TO ASHLEY WHO MADE MY BIRTHDAY SO SPECIAL; SHE IS AN EXCEPTIONALLY FANTASTIC STAFF MEMBER SERVING CUSTOMERS AND BLACK ANGUS SHOULD BE SO PROUD SHE IS ON THEIR TEAM

   My daughter asked for medium rare and was given a rare steak. Except for that, the food, drinks and service were great

   The front desk was a mess. We arrived early for our reservation and still had to wait 40 mins. Everytime I would ask how much longer they just kept giving excuses that it would only be 15 to 20 mins more for the wait but they kept sitting people ahead of us . Worst customer service. They need to be more organized because this isn't the first time this happened.

   We ordered the campfire feast. Everything was cooked exactly the way we ordered. Waitress was extremely attentive. It was Valentine's day and they were extremely busy but the wait was minimal. We did have reservations. Will definitely go again

   Bartender made my Mai Tai just as I asked, with the grenadine on the side. Bartender also took our order and was very polite.

   BLACK ANGUS IS AN INCREDIBLE RESTAURANT AND THE FOOD IS ONLY EXCEEDED BY THE, QUALITY, COMPETENCY, FRIENDLINESS, CONCERN FOR THE CUSTOMER. WE ARE EXTREMELY FORTUNATE TO HAVE THIS FINE DINING RESTAURANT IN THE ANTELOPE VALLEY. ALSO, ONE OF THE MOST TALENTED FOOD SERVER IS ASHLEY.    Food was ok just getting way smaller portions than in past, we attend every Christmas Eve and portions were considerably smaller than the past, prices were up a bit, a lot of upselling, did have to wait 24 minutes past reservation time but it was very busy, waitress was pleasant though overloaded with tables
