Kiana was our server and she was absolutely friendly and attentive. I have never been to a Black Angus before and I was pleasantly surprised. The value was great and we got so much food! The interior is dated, but it adds to the charm on the restaurant! I will definitely be coming back!

Our server was Sierra. Very professional. Outstanding customer service. I didn’t care for the host seating us. I had approached her upon my arrival. No greeting. Just stared at me. Waited for me to initiate interaction. It wasn’t the first time I had experienced that at the host stand. Not satisfied with the host.

Don't know why i made a reservation, we were not seated for 30 minutes PAST our reservation. We saw walk-in be seated before we were.

My server was excellent. He checked on us to make sure that we everything was okay. My only complaint is that the kitchen was so backed up, that my son's food came out last and we had completed our food before he was even able to eat.

Waiter did not do a good job-. We waited over an hour just for sodas. He stated there were no clean glasses. I had to go get a manager to get a sida just pathetic. We kept asking the waiter for same stuff over and over. Geesh will be canceling my father's day reservation
