Dinner at Black Cat Farmstead is a unique dining experience. Enjoy private garden cabanas with wood stoves, gorgeous views and a 4-Course chef tasting menu (dietary restrictions accommodated) created by James Beard nominated chef Eric Skokan at our historic farmstead. Our 500-acre full-scale diversified organic farm supplies the majority of ingredients for your meal; from vegetables & herbs to the pork & lamb to the grains. We offer 7 intimate private tables per evening. Reservations are required & limited. $145/per person++

Reservations are released weekly on Mondays for the following 3 weeks. We are generally open Wednesdays - Sundays. We do allow pre-booking for parties of 6+. Email us at farmdinners@blackcatboulder.com for booking private events, pre-booking, & general assistance. We would love to hear from you about how we can make your evening with us extra special.     What a beautifully intimate experience having a meal at Black Cat! It exceeded all expectations, with personable stories, wonderful wine selections, a little wood stove in our cabana and excellent food presented in Creuset dishes and various china plates. Most of the ingredients were sourced directly from the farm (wheat for the pasta!) or neighboring producers! Black cat is as special as it is a blessing to all that attend a dinner here. Well worth the wait and absolutely recommend 100 times over.

    We loved this experience! Amazing food and accommodation of dietary restrictions. Chef Eric delivered several courses himself and we really enjoyed all of our interactions with the lovely staff at Black Cat Farms. We will definitely be back!

    It was wonderful to once again experience the creative food from the Black Cat. It was like years ago when you could go to the tiny restaurant downtown Boulder and be blown away by 5 or 7 or 9 courses of amazing food. The little glass cabanas are comfortable and private. You can actually carry on a conversation. The best place in Boulder, or maybe Colorado, for a fabulous meal in a unique setting.

    A wonderfully unique experience! Eric and his staff go over and above to make the evening special as you sit in your glass enclosed little cabana being served each course, all bringing a different delicious flavor to your palette. Truly a magical night under the stars on the farm!

    Dinner at Black Cat did not disappoint! Food, service and ambiance were excellent. We're so happy they have reopened. Great place for a special occasion evening or just a special treat dinner. Highly recommend.

    Absolutely amazing experience and one everyone must try. You are on an incredible farm with some of the best food. Eric and his team are simply amazing. Everything has the personal touch. From the welcome to the cabanas/huts - it’s all so perfect.
