We’re been enjoying Black Salt for many years. Service still fine, as is the cooking & nice menu options. - however the prices are very high. The snapper for $55.00 had not much else on the plate - he looked a bit lonely… Our other issue is the 4% credit card charge. Understand that costs are rising, but credit card companies charge 1.5-3.5 % for transactions so 4 % just seems unreasonable. Seeing this occasionally, though not at higher end restaurants.

We had not dined there for a while and regret that we hadn't. It will definitely be at the top of our list for future dining experiences.

Enjoyed a lovely dining experience with a good friend who was in town for a conference. Great service. Delicious food. Nice ambience. Prices aren’t inexpensive, but will be back for a special occasion.

We had not been here in a while but today’s brunch was the perfect meal. The special, soft shell crab perfectly prepared. The Texas shrimp and grits was also noteworthy. The service was perfect. We will be back.

Disappointed that Easter lunch was a brunch with limited menu options.

only critique I would offer is that a spring soup described as having peas and greens and basil parmesan (i was imagining green) was really a tomato based vegetable soup with a few cut beans and peas thrown in. Tasty except i can’t eat tomatoes so you should make that clearer in menu please. Server kindly removed the soup
