We are a full service restaurant serving contemporary southwestern cuisine with a full service bar. We are a scratch kitchen with many gluten free options as well as a large margarita selection, house infused tequilas, and homemade sangria. Our outdoor seating accompanied by fire pits surrounds the historic art museum in old town Fort Collins CO. From guacamole made to order to our vibrant atmosphere, come on down and try a flight of our favorite drinks.

                                    A great time during happy hour. Their Plobano-Corn Chowder is simply incredible! We had Haven as our exceptional server and will ask for her on our next visit. Haven is friendly, helpful, and she added a special sparkle to our evening.

                                    Blue Agave is a hidden gem. I must have driven past it multiple times without taking notice. The menu is inventive. Many items combine flavors you wouldn't think could work, but they do spectacularly. Portion size for appetizers and entrees was perfect. The wait staff were helpful and accommodating as the size of our party keep changing.

                                    The Roasted Poblano Chili / Melted Monterey Jack and Asadero Cheese / Onion / Hatch Green Chilies / Mushroom / Tomato / Red Pepper Coulis / Cilantro Rice / Black Beans / Chorizo or Shrimp and Applewood Smoked Bacon simply fabulous. Our waiter Conner A provided excellent service and perfect conversation. Very pricey but worth it for Valentine’s Day.

                                    Great food, great service and nice atmosphere. Our group of seven made a last minute reservation based on a recommendation from a friend. Salmon dumplings were amazing (loved the creativity). All drinks and main courses were delicious. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a really nice, creative Mexican place!
