   Blue bar always has the best vibe and the loveliest food. The food is always fresh and it has been amazing every time I have gone. The staff are so nice, especially the server James! A reliable restaurant and a skerries classic.

   Experience was very bad. Over priced for the quality of food that was served. I had way too much fat on my rib eye steak and overall both meals tasteless. Light was bad and couldn’t tell if I was eating meat or fat and spent most of the meal removing fat from my mouth. Way too noisy btw with full venue and loud music, could hardly hear my wife talking sitting in front of me. Can get way better quality food in a higher class of restaurant for the same money which we normally do and went to Blue for a change, bad decision in the end. We have been customers on/off over the last 20yrs and just not value for money anymore.

   Delicious food, great atmosphere. Excellent service from all staff throughout. Only issue was music is very loud. Would be nicer of it was lowered a little so we could hear each other.

   Always a great meal out. Service is friendly & very fast, without being intrusive. The food is consistently good with generous portions & great flavours. I had a Halibut dish with mussels that was one of the nicest things I've eaten in a long time. The prawn taco starter is fantastic also.

   Nice place to eat, good location by the sea. My companions chicken burger was good but my chicken wings were tough. I ate a few & left the rest. Tasted like they were reheated, which made them dry & hard. Very disappointing.

   We picked the Blue Bar for our daughter's Confirmation dinner. Everyone had excellent food, very prompt and helpful service. The sparkly firework on her dessert was much appreciated, as was the assistance with the pram and high chair. Top class service, as usual!
