    Excellent atmosphere. Great servers. Excellent food which is a bit pricing since most entrees don’t come with sides. Presentation is great. Been doing New Years Eve at Blue for many years.

    A visit to Blue (or any other Paxos group restaurant) never disappoints. Delicious food and superb service are always the hallmarks of dining at Blue. You cannot go wrong with any meal or beverage selection at this gem of a restaurant. Regrettably can only give 5 stars because the ratings do not go any higher!

    We have been coming here since the restaurant opened and have had many special functions here. Always great food and service. Highly recommend.

    Had a delicious dinner with my fiancée. It was our anniversary couldn’t have celebrated anything better than Blue. Always the best steakhouse in the Bethlehem area.
