                                                                                            I would have never imagined that a “buffet” could be this excellent. Choice and preparation of everything our party of four had was very well prepared and served. We all had oysters, crab legs, shrimp, tuna poke, salads, blackened grouper, prime rib, veggies and sides and finally desert that included made to order banana foster. Wine list was adequate and at a range of price points. Last our waiter Carlos, a veteran of 11 years at Blue Ridge made the experience one of fine dining, very attentive and professional.

                                                                                            The food is above average for a buffet. We have been here many times but the service today was horrible. Our server came by initially to get drink orders but didn’t show herself again it was time for the bill. She never checked to see how we were doing or to offer water. I will re-think coming back here next time.

                                                                                            Always a good meal at Blue Ridge. Sometimes the prime rib isn't so prime in my opinion, but you can't knock it out of the park every time. I will continue to visit the Blue Ridge buffet 2-3 times a year.

                                                                                            My partner and I visited for our 23 anniversary. This is something we have done several times over the years. The seafood buffet was worth every penny and the experience was excellent. Server was also great and seemed like she was always one step ahead of our needs. For an occasion don't debate it, it is 1000% worth it.

Mussels, crab legs, shrimp, rainbow trout, coupled with a wide array of salads and desserts. Our beverages were kept full without fail! A dining experience that we will repeat every Friday night we are in town!!!

My only complaint is on Sunday Brunch, they make so many reservations the line is super long to get in. You probably want to get in line at 1130/1145 if you are in a hurry. We came down at 11:55 for a 12pm rsvp and waited 25m in line that we weren't expecting.
