   We were 6 with an toddler, and the service was exceptional, excellent attention to get food out early for hungry child, very attentive server, food was hot and exceptional, arriving in good time to get us back to the Brier during a peak busy time. Would definitely come back

   Great ability to accommodate a large party. The only thing lacking from a guest experience was the lack of acknowledgement from the team we were celebrating 3 birthdays, something that is typical in other establishments.

We're really happy we could fit everyone in comfortably, but I feel terrible that we dropped the ball on making your celebrations extra special.    Waitress was just really bad. Ignored our table and took orders from guests seated 20 minutes after us before even taking our drink order. Food was brought cold by kitchen staff almost 2 hours in... since our waitress was too busy chatting with other tables.

   Brendan, I'm very sorry to hear about this experience. It's certainly not one we aim to provide our guests and I apologize. I'm going to speak with our manager to find out who was serving you that evening so we can provide this feedback and some coaching. I know we can do better than what you describe, but we clearly didn't put our best foot forward during your visit. If you're willing to give us another shot, please let me know.

   We had the taste around 3 course menu. The beet and quinoa salad, dessert and pappardellelle were excellent. It complemented the beer pairings very well. Our server was warm and very knowledgable. She gave us great recommendations which made the whole experience wonderful. Capped it off with a game of bocce. What more can you want from Thursday night?

   What a great night! I couldn't decide for dinner, so I let the server pick for me. AMAZING! Drink choices everything absolutely nailed it. I've also never seen my better half finish her food before me... Her salmon was gone long before I finished.

    I ended up joining another person reservation, which resulted in a 20% table charge, which the server did not tell us about. Then when the bill came she overcharged both meals by 5$ each, and did not say anything about the auto gratuite. Others ended up tipping 20% plus an additional 15-18% over and above. Food was good and the ambience was great. Not worth a 35% tip though. Make sure you read your bill before you pay.

    Eric, this is very concerning to hear. While we do have an automatic gratuity policy for larger parties in place, it should be clearly communicated to all guests. I apologize that this was not done during your visit, and will follow up with our management team to make sure they remind all staff about this. I actually just had a quick conversation with our GM about it, and we have a plan to make any service charges stand out clearly on bills. I'm really sorry for this experience.
