Our server Susanna was amazing! 10/10. She did everything to accommodate and make us happy. The steak was delicious and so was the shrimp scampi. The key line pie better than in key west. The chopped salad meh but the blue cheese dressing yummy! The crab cake I did not like at all. The carrot I did not care for at all. I wish it wasn’t on my plate. Yuck. Overall I think it was great. Very expensive. I guess nice for a special occasion. I would split the salad abd for go the crab cake. Get bottled water. The tap water is absolutely disgusting. Such an expensive restaurant needs good filtered water.

We have been to many steak houses over the years and this one was one of the worst. Notwithstanding the exorbitant pricing, which I expected, it would have been fine had they known how to prepare a steak to the requested temperature, asked for medium (plus) as the waitress put it but was very rare, sent it back and it came back out the same very undercooked. My son’s was “raw” both were very tough, it was supposed to be prime but most certainly was choice! Oh yeah, also got my order wrong, asked for baked potato but got something I did not ask for nor did I want! My second glass of wine which I would like to have had with my dinner arrived right about when I finished gnawing on my tough raw steak! The portions were actually too large, probably to compensate for the not so good steak! One thing is certain, not on any list for a repeat visit, I recommend you look elsewhere if you want to enjoy your dinner or experience!

The selling point is the service. The ambiance is nice. The dining area is loud, but the tables are spaced such that you can hear those at your table. I ordered the 14 oz ribeye for $65. This is a value because it comes with a giant carrot (has to be GMO) with special glaze and a choice of potato (baked, smashed, skillet fried potatoes topped with onions and gravy, sweet potato, or fries). The problem was that the ribeye came out and it looked like a thin New York strip full of gristle. It was the most disappointing steak that I’ve had in a very long time. I expect a ribeye to have marbling, but not gristle. To the server’s credit she took the entire meal off of my check. I declined a replacement entree because my dinner companions were already finished with their meals, I was traveling the next day, and leftovers would not work for me. I would have accepted a compensatory dessert, but they did not have any gluten free options other than crème brûlée. My dinner companions are local residents. They love the shrimp pasta dish, the crab cakes, and Caesar salad (lightly tossed) are their favorites. But, after my steak mishap, they remembered that another visitor had a horrible experience when ordering a ribeye. He thought it was a one off incident, but now suspects that Bob’s just does not have a good ribeye. He said that when the visitor ordered the 28 oz porterhouse steak the next visit that it was wonderful. While I appreciate that the server took care of my meal, I did not like it that she tried to counsel me that ribeyes often are fatty with gristle and that I should order the filet next time. I did not bother to argue the absurdity of her point. Overall, I would definitely try Bob’s again to order a steak other than the ribeye.

Food was outstanding! Best port chop ever! deserve 5 stars BUT our waitress was somewhat rude, did not offer any specials(we overheard heard them described at another table- after we had ordered) AND, we were charged 2 drinks each when we clearly only had one drink each. We notified the waitress after receiving our check and she just said, “no problem I’ll just take them off”. It almost sounded like she thought she’d get away with it if we hadn’t spoken up. Disappointing but not surprised with her attitude- at times we felt like we were bothering her.

Great dinner overall, but the ribeye steak was just okay. For $65, expected better.

We enjoyed spending our anniversary dinner here. Our server Graven was wonderful and very attentive. Our only issue was the lobster bisque was awful. The taste was very odd and not like a normal bisque. The tuna tartar and shrimp cocktail were Devine. We could have ate the tuna for our dinner it was that delicious. Our steaks and sides were great as well.

Very nice “steakhouse” atmosphere. We were given a booth (comfortable/private), which was a help because noise levels were very high. (My only non-5 star rating) The service was impeccable, her timing perfect. She even cautioned us about over- ordering (she was correct- huge servings!) We relaxed through several courses in about 1 1/2 hours. No rush, plenty of time to enjoy a nice night out. The food (we both had ribeye steaks- prepared exactly to order) with calamari appetizer (VERY large portion- and prepared perfectly- light/crispy, not heavy/oily), had the mushroom/spinach side dish (steaks came with potatoes of your choice plus an AMAZING carrot) was excellent. We finished by splitting a piece of key lime pie (what else in Florida?) Fabulous. As far as value- it is what you expect to pay (Mid- $230’s plus tip) for a restaurant of this caliber. In addition to the food, we also enjoyed a signature cocktail each- delicious. Overall- a great “date night” evening. Though very loud (those darn golfers!!🤣)- just what we had hoped for. Bonus? We took home more than we ate there- and it made for great leftovers! We will happily return.
