We went for brunch and placed our order around 1:30pm, they brought duplicates of items when we ordered a singe plate. Did not bring three items (the ones we were especially looking forward to) and after repeatedly telling us those items were coming for 90 minutes eventually said well you came late for brunch and sometimes plates run out. Not sure a place you go to for brunch should run out of deviled eggs at 1:30pm? Food quality was expected for what you paid, which was reasonable.

Went here for Easter Brunch. Their Easter Brunch was served tapas, or small plate style. They offer about 15 different plates that we can order all you want of for up to 2 hours. Arrived and was seated outside as we requested. Outdoor seating is nice and near the resort pool. Server can promptly and took our orders but that is when we had the first issue. I tried to order one of their coffee drinks, as this was a brunch, but was told no coffee drinks were available as their machine was down. Disappointing, but I can handle that. We then put an order in for four items, expecting a pretty quick turnaround for this type of setup. We'll, this is where things got bad. Took around 20 minutes for our orders to come out, and half of them were cold. This is for four very small plates. Most standard service restaurants would have gotten their food out in that time. Shortly after getting our order, our server asked if we wanted to get another round in and given the wait, we did right away. Again, took another 20 minutes. Two of the four dishes in that round were very good, the other two were cold, with one being terribly cold. Finally made one last order since we had somewhere we had to be and got those 20 minutes later again, at which point we just immediately asked for our bill. Their buffet is priced very well, our server himself was very good and apologetic, and some of the plates were very good, but the wait times were horrible and half of the plates being served cold ruined the experience. Overall, was my worst dining experience of my week long Vegas trip.

Disappointed—Won’t Be Returning As a local who’s been to Border Grill’s all-you-can-eat brunch multiple times, I really wanted to give it another shot despite a disappointing experience last time. Unfortunately, nothing has changed—and if anything, it’s gotten worse. We waited over 20 minutes just to receive our first round of food. In total, it took nearly an hour to get through two rounds, which is unacceptable for an all-you-can-eat setup. I understand the business incentive to slow service and minimize portions, but this felt excessive and borderline intentional. When the food finally arrived, while the flavors were good, everything was cold. I’m not naive enough to think each item is made to order, but with how long it took, the least I expected was something warm—lukewarm even. But that wasn’t the case. To make things worse, the new dessert bar—which seemed promising—offered basic cupcakes that were flavorless and hard as a rock. Not exactly a sweet ending to the meal. It’s clear the focus is no longer on providing a good experience, and that’s a shame because the concept is great. Sadly, this was the final straw. I won’t be coming back.

Took a while for the server to come by. The first round of tapas brunch plates were semi cold. We ordered some plates with "no" whatever and the plates still came w it on. The tiniest bite of brisket on the Benedict. For $45 brunch a soda or coffee were not included. I prefer a more traditional buffet that can be found for less or around the same price

I had reserved 3 large group reservations weeks in advance for a sports team dinner. Upon check in, we were told they changed the number of seats among the 3 groups. I nicely told the hostess that didn't work as specific people needed to sit together. I was given attitude by the hostess and we were then crammed into a space too small for our groups. Luckily, a waiter was nice and brought over an extra table to give a little more room. One of our tables was filled with teenage girls who were upsold guacamole (without being told there was an extra cost when it was offered by the waiter). Us parents ended up with a $70+ charge just for guacamole! The food was good but we were disappointed with the other hassles and upcharges we faced. I would not hold another team dinner at this location.

Service was slow, food arrived cold, floor on outdoor patio was dirty/littered with food. Carnitas Calle tacos were tasty tho and something I would return for.

Border Grill has a great small plate brunch. Add in the bottomless mimosas and you’ve got yourself a good time.
