We are delighted to have added additional outdoor seating but Santa Barbara nights are chilly so bring a sweater or light jacket!

Fresh, local ingredients, prepared with care. Excellent wines that reflect the quality and character of our region and work in concert with the cuisine. Warm, inviting ambiance, service at a relaxed, leisurely pace. Santa Barbara ‘Wine Country Cuisine’ means we source our ingredients using an ‘as-fresh-and-as-local-as-possible’ approach, with fish from the Santa Barbara Channel and produce from the surrounding countryside. We then take into account how these flavors can be presented in concert with our local wines. We believe you’ll taste the difference. Bon Appètit!

    Excellent dining experience from hostess and server. We ordered the scallop trio to start and enjoyed the three preparations very much. Dinner for me was the duck -moist and served with a delicious succotash. My husband had the sea bass. He enjoyed it, but it was not seasoned enough as he removed the skin. Dessert was crème brûlée. It was tasty and the cream was excellent, but not very much of it - it was mostly brule, which leaned burnt-tasting and thick. I would not order that again. Our service was excellent and we would definitely return.

    The waiter made a strange remark to my partner immediately once seated whom I was dining with on a special occasion, which threw our mood off. His overall service was not great, the other staffers and workers were more attentive and I have no complaints. The food was good, however due to the experience with the server being very unprofessional and uncomfortable, I would not recommend.

    We had an absolutely amazing time! It was my wife’s birthday and the staff made her feel really special. The food and service was perfect. I would definitely recommend Bouchon to anyone visiting Santa Barbara.

    We dined at Bouchon prior to a concert at the nearby Arlington Theatre. The wait staff was expedient yet thoughtful in their delivery and service. Food was, as expected, outstanding. We sat out on the patio and the whole experience was delightful. Next time, we'll have more time to linger!

    Bouchon is always conistent. Very good attentive service. Cook on the duck tonight was a bit variable, but flavor profile was what you would expect. The carrot salad was a nice surprise, full of flavor. Would like to see some variation to the menu, but it's all good.

    Outstanding service & exceptional food - the scallops were unbelievable & the duck breast fantastic. Husband’s rib eye was exceptionally tender & flavorful. All the sauces were perfect. Entire experience very memorable & would highly recommend! Will definitely be back.

    The cuisine at Bouchon honors and give a true homage to the French cooking techniques and sauces. The dishes were delicate and subtlety was there, I had a true emotional connection with the asparagus as it brought me back to my grandmother’s kitchen. I have to also note that the service from start to finish was impeccable, with the attention to detail and the presence, all while to being overbearing. Great job!
