I have been eating at Bricktops since 2011 and have always had great service. I have had 2 bad service experiences in the last month.On this visit the waitress took over 10 minutes to came back to the table after pouring waters . When she did return we asked her to open the wine and we ordered appetizers . She again took so long that the apps arrived with another server we asked him to bring glasses and open the wine . He said he would . Our waitress beat him to it ,but she took so lang that we were half way through the apps . she opened the wine took our meal orders .She then disappeared until she brought the check . We talked to a manager and she was apologetic . The other experience was at the bar where the service was slow .Burger and fries . The fries came cold and it took so long to get new fries I was finished with my meal once again manager was apologetic . I am hoping that these experiences are aberrations , and the service will return to the excellent service I have experienced over the last 13 years .

As always, I was not disappointed with the quality and wide selection of food and outstanding service. I brought my very good friend as a first-timer, to treat her to a special birthday lunch. She thoroughly enjoyed everything and plans to return. Bricktops is my Go To place for special visitors and friends. Thank you for another delightful experience.
