Byblos represents a marriage of Eastern Mediterranean cuisine with strong influences from both traditional and local ingredients, using time-honored classic cooking techniques and modern methods. Our chef has created dishes that showcase the regionally-specific spices and flavours of the Eastern Mediterranean seaboard to craft a menu that will be a true coastal and cultural mosaic, served family style in a convivial atmosphere.

The recently introduced Lounge at Byblos is a nightlife destination that extends the Byblos Miami dining experience into late night comfort, privacy and glamour. The intimate 2300 square-foot lounge features weekly resident DJ’s, unique entertainment, creative cocktails and bottle service.

We booked Byblos for a last minute dinner reservation and were blown away! The food is delicious and presented so beautifully and our waiter gave us great recommendations. The Turkish Kale salad was out of this world and the lamb shoulder for two can’t be missed. We are not local, but if we were, this would be a go to spot for date nights!
