   Everything was just OK. Between us all we had quite a few items (Ca Bianca salad, salmon ravioli, shrimp, lamb) and nothing stood out- except for the dessert, frozen white mousse with chocolate. Service was excellent, very cute restaurant but it’s a one and done experience for me.

   We always enjoy Ca Bianca! We were delighted to have nice enough weather to dine in the garden for our anniversary. It is such a beautiful place to enjoy delicious food alongside wonderful service. Perfect afternoon.

   This was our first visit in many years and we were delighted with the experience. The food is authentic Italian and scrumptious. The service was excellent and it wasn't noisy enough to not be able to hear each other in conversation. Excellent!

   This was our second visit. The first was good, where we sat on the porch. Last nights visit was not a great experience. We were seated in the dining room, which was loud and smelled musty. There were cracks in the wall and pealing wall treatments. Sadly the service was slow, though the server friendly. I ordered gnocchi in sage and butter, because I didn’t want a heavy tomato sauce. It came in a thick tomato sauce with very little sage/butter in the sauce. And it was bland and about as appetizing as if I was at the Olive Garden. My dining mates did like their dishes so it wasn’t a disaster. But we all agreed that if we ever return we won’t eat indoors. It’s too loud and not a very pleasant experience.

   Beautiful ambiance and excellent service. We enjoyed our food but both our entrees lacked depth of flavor and were boring, especially for the price. The home made pasta in my entree was excellent but the veggies were overcooked and the creme fraiche was very bland. My husband’s chicken was bland. Our drinks were great and dessert was fantastic.

   What an amazing night we had at Ca Bianca! It was our daughter's birthday and we were celebrating with her and her husband... We loved our waiter, and his support staff ! All wonderful, attentive (but discreet) and brought a great sense of humor too! The food was beyond delicious and the only problem was I wanted everything on the menu, SOOO we will be back soon! Thank you again for an incredible evening and celebration!

   Whenever we find ourselves in Santa Rosa, we come back to this restaurant. This was a special occasion as it was our 33rd wedding anniversary. It was so unfortunate that sitting at the table across from us, was a very loud group of young women. It really made it difficult to focus on enjoying the food and celebrating our special occasion. Our waiter was very good, but had trouble hearing due to the loud noise. We will continue to patron this restaurant as the food is definitely memorable.

    The chicken dish in the puff pastry was absolutely delicious. It was tender, moist couldn’t be better. We finished the meal with an affogato which ended a fine dining experience.
