                                                                        The reservation system was terrible for Valentines Day. Everyone had reservations yet people had to wait ta while to get seated. We had 7pm reservations for 3 and they were gonna seat us for two people. We then had to wait 30 minutes for a four top to become available. Meanwhile everyone after us was getting seated ahead of us. And we had to wait outside in the cold. Terrible service. They should have comped our drinks or something.

                                                                        Seemed the restaurant was really overbooked, thus it was a crazy, assembly-line environment. What suffered was the quality of the food, many customer’s food were returned to be heated up, which changes the quality. The price was beyond expensive for what we got. I will not be returning!!!

                                                                        We dined very early (5:30pm) as we were headed to a concert at The Lobero. We were seated promptly and our server (and the kitchen) were very efficient. Since we didn't know our time frame, we only ordered main dishes but they came out quickly. I had the ravioli stuffed with spinach & ricotta and with a brown butter sage sauce - 5 large ravioli that were delicious! My husband had the yummy spinach fettuccine with bolognese sauce. By the time we left, the restaurant was filling up and the tables are quite close together so the noise level was increasing so that might be a factor if you're wanting a more quiet evening. Still, we will be back again for the wonderful food.

                                                                        Overall, a great experience. The restaurant is attractive and nicely lit, with small vases of flowers on each table. It was a Monday, not crowded but many tables were occupied. Our table was ready when we arrived. We split a salad, first course and second course. The food was flavorful and well prepared. The pacing was perfect and the quantities made sharing work well. Our cocktails were well crafted and generous. I find this always makes a good impression on me. The server was present and not intrusive. She seemed well informed, offering advice and answering questions without needing to check with someone else. All in all, a great experience and worth going back.

                                                                        Usual the service is ok , but this was a busy nite, but service was really off. Waiter forgot the entree orders, drink request, take home box, bill was wrong and trouble calculating. I understand there can be off nites, for sure, but the past couple of visits hasn't been great with service and the food not up to its usual standard.
