We had a fabulous dinner at Cafe Normandie. The service by Karen was outstanding. I ordered The shrimp provenzal which was incredible and my husband had the creme of crab which he loved. Our entrees were: Halibut with Figs and Steak Mignon with Bordelaise Sauce cooked to perfection We truly enjoyed our meal ending with a raspberry crème brûlée cheesecake . We fully recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a classic French cuisine.

A favorite spot for special occasions. Food was very good. Baked mussels were delicious and definitely worth sopping up the butter with bread that was infused with just the right amount of garlic and cheese. Steak was so flavorful with the sauce and wild mushrooms and so tender. All food was hot and we knew it had not been sitting under a warmer. A great job from Amanda and David. The aroma was fantastic, as was our experience! John

We had missed opportunity for another restaurant and hopped on Open Table. Found this gem in downtown Annapolis. Mother’s Day last minute. They were busy but perfect service. Very attentive. Food was spectacular and chef/owner came to the table to describe our amazing dessert. Great drinks, steak cut like butter, rack of lamb best I have ever had. Perfect temp, sauce and cook. Well worth going. Best part yet my daughter picked up the full tab. So very happy Mother’s Day for me.

We have been coming here for brunch, dinner, and special occasions for years. We have never been disappointed. The food is always exquisite, the service is exceptional. You are not going to pay an arm and a leg for this experience. You can show up in jeans and a T-shirt or tuxedo, and you’ll feel just as welcome either way. So whether this is just a spur of the moment desire for a taste of Paris in Annapolis, or a special occasion where you plan to pop the question, this is definitely a place that should be on your top five list.

I had high hopes for this French restaurant but unfortunately it fell short on several fronts. The food was just okay, overcooked and overseasoned, lacking the finesse you’d expect at this price point. We had the French onion soup which was very bland and the quail which was over seasoned and cooked. Service was mediocre; our waiter was only semi attentive and didn’t seem particularly engaged. But the biggest letdown was the pricing, beyond overpriced for what was delivered. Overall, not worth the splurge.

Eggs Benedict is always our go to. It came out cold and the service was rushed. Have to rethink about going back to one of my favorite restaurants in downtown. The last two times the service has been bad.

This is probably my fifth time at this restaurant and I’ve never been disappointed. It was particularly important to me to enjoy a good meal as I’m on GLP one and this was my one meal of the day.. It was worth every buttery bite!

Service could have been more attentive. Food delicious. Not much space between tables. Really enjoyed cream of crab soup and shrimp appetizer. Didn’t care for Apple tartlet
