   Staff was so friendly: hostesses, manager, server! This makes it more difficult to write that the food was horrible. Ive eaten at this chain since the 80’s. It used to be known for quality of menu offering and food. Tonight’s food was very poor. Ordered chicken fajitas. Waited a longer time than usual for food to arrive. When food arrived, I noticed that chicken strips were large and thick; charred on the outside and undercooked in the middle. Plate with guacamole, sour cream, and pico had water/liquid all through the bottom. Borracho beans had about six beans and broth tasted like dirty water. Rice tasted old and crunchy. I would recommend that management check the food that is coming out of the kitchen. Perhaps there is a new chef, but if so, he or she needs much more preparation. Again, I always appreciate friendly service, but the food was sub-par, at best.

   We had an excellent experience. The margaritas, queso and fajita burritos were great. Service was excellent and we had an overall great experience.

   We love to come here! The service is great and friendly. My dad always gets the combo fajitas and it’s a huge portion. Everything we’ve had here is awesome!

   In town for the weekend and had to experience our favorite Frisco restaurant. Everything as good as remembered. Food portions smaller, but that seems to be everywhere. Margaritas were great.

   The restaurant failed to acknowledge my wife’s birthday at any point even though I indicated on the OpenTable request I selected the birthday occasion as well as entering in the notes. This isn’t a reflection on our server. She was excellent. She probably wasn’t made aware of the occasion.

   I’ve been a loyal customer of this restaurant for over 20 years, but unfortunately, my last two visits have left me disappointed. While the chips, salsa, and top-shelf guacamole were still excellent, the rest of the meal fell short. The combo fajitas, once a favorite, were a letdown. The meat was sparse, overcooked, and extremely dry. Even worse, the flour tortillas had an off-putting, almost rank smell that was so unappetizing my wife and I couldn’t bring ourselves to eat them. To top it off, the margaritas were far too sweet, which only added to the underwhelming experience. The place has clearly changed, and not for the better. That said, I do want to acknowledge the attentive and friendly service we received, which was the one redeeming aspect of the visit. I regret not bringing up my concerns at the time, but after two disappointing meals in a row, I’m not sure I’ll be returning.

    Beef was overcooked. Drinks and queso were great. We were a group of three sat a table for six with open booths. We got extra “elbow. Room” whether we like it or not. Will not return.
