Brunch is fulfilling. Food is tasty. Ambiance and service is great. If you are there during the daytime, it is worth sitting on the side facing the pond.

All parts of the service were extremely slow. Drinks took 20 minutes, appetizers took over 30 minutes and main courses 40 minutes to come out. Our servers were inattentive during that time and forgot to refill drinks after multiple requests. To top it off the manager was defensive, condescending and dismissive when we explained what happened and gave feedback. Canvas is usually a hit and I’d be willing to give a second chance, but the manager probably ruined that. We will be avoiding for awhile.

Great food. Nice place. Service was really busy but wasn’t bad. Just distracted so the meal took a long time so we had to wait a while to eat and made for a long dinner. But the food was great.

The Mahi Mahi was good, the mussels were very good, the mushroom flat bread was below average, the Travistock Cab was only fair, the service was very good, but unfortunately the noise level was terrible. Most tables had at least one child. Price for 2 appetizers, one entre, 2 glasses of wine, tax and tip was $132.00

The place needs to be more open concept. The windows in the main dining are dark during the day making the restaurant smaller. Those windows need to be clear or able to open.
