Thierry & Patricia Moity previously owned Patou Bistro in Charlotte, NC & Cafe de Bruxelles in NYC. Chef Thierry has been cooking since age 13 in some of the finest restaurants in Europe & USA. His cuisine is influenced by many traditions; Patricia comes from the northern part of France near the Belgium border, while Thierry's origins are deeply rooted in the central provinces of the country. According to Chef Thierry, “I want everyone to feel welcome in my restaurant. We are working against the stereotype that French food must be intimidating and expensive.”

What a fantastic place. Service by Elliott was outstanding, very professional and patient. Food is excellent and it’s all served in a very tastefully decorated place. Will definitely be back. A+

We enjoyed our anniversary dinner immensely. Maybe a little overpriced, but overall worth a nice quiet romantic dinner! The starters and dessert were amazing. Escargot starter I've never had this way .. amazing.

The food was delicious. My wife and I shared calamari that was perfectly fried. We both had the Waterzooi that is the signature dish. It is wonderful seafood stew. We ended the meal by sharing profiteroles. They were a perfect ending to a perfect dining experience. The waiter was attentive without being intrusive. Highly recommended. Caprice Bistro is one of our favorite restaurants in Wilmington.

Came here for a date with my wife. She had the house specialty - Waterzooi - and I had the escargots as an appetizer and the fish special of the day - Courbine. The food was excellent. Don’t miss the Waterzooi and their Escargots Petite Gris. Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable. Overall great value for the money.
