   Anna and Matt provided immaculate service to my husband and I, making his birthday dinner feel extra special. Our table was in a quiet corner near a beautiful fireplace and as usual, everything we ordered was amazing.

   We visit Ruby’s often but Carlo and Johnnys is our favorite. Of all the times we’ve been here yesterday was the best. Sarah B., our server was amazing. We were celebrating my birthday and she made the dining experience memorable for our family and even took pictures and printed a photo keepsake. I usually order the cowboy ribeye but Sarah recommended the Australian Wagu Stip Steak which was the best steak I’ve ever had. The flavor was impeccable it cut like butter … words cannot describe how I felt eating this steak. I crowned it with blue cheese but it wasn’t needed. I was dancing in my seat! And it came out on a black slate plate. Love the subtle touches. Oh and they have the best freaking crab cakes. I cant wait to come back for that steak and amazing service.

   We had an exceptional dining experience at Jeff Ruby’s Carlo & Johnny, and our server, Ashley, made it absolutely unforgettable. We were thrilled to be seated in her section again, as she had served us before and left a lasting impression. Ashley’s service was nothing short of impeccable—her attention to detail, professionalism, and warmth elevated our evening. She has an incredible ability to recommend the perfect cocktail, dessert, and after-dinner beverages, tailoring her suggestions to match our preferences perfectly. Her knowledge of the menu and drink offerings is second to none, and her recommendations truly enhanced our experience. The service at Carlo & Johnny is consistently the best in the city, and Ashley exemplifies the excellence that Jeff Ruby’s is known for. We’re already looking forward to our next visit and hope to see Ashley again. Thank you for another amazing night!

   We try to go to a Jeff Ruby's each year on our Anniversary. This year was no disappointment in the least. Carlo & Johnny's was our favorite of all the Jeff Ruby locations. Our sushi was delightful, the wedge salad was amazing, and the steak was the best cooked steak we have EVER had. As we were leaving we saw a live band in the bar area and decided to stay for some drinks for 75 more mintutes. The band Airwave were truly amazing and so enjoyable. One of the best bands in the entire Cincinnati area. What an incredible way to celebrate our Anniversary.

   We had the very best time. Anna was beyond fantastic and we enjoyed her so much. She provided spectacular service. Bonus that we were able to enjoy a cozy booth by the fire on a snowy night.

   Fantastic meal and the service was excellent! Ashley and Corey took wonderful care of us in helping to decide what to eat for our first visit. The boneless ribeye is the best I’ve ever had and I highly recommend the Mac n cheese. Will definitely be back.

    The steak was perfection. The perfect cut and cook. We were sat in the Hollywood room, our favorite so far. Our server, Dave was exceptional! Great service.
