Carmine's is a family style restaurant offering exceptional value to its guests through the many dishes of Southern Italian cuisine. Restaurateur Artie Cutler crafted Carmine's with a singular vision; bringing his guests abundant portions and making any meal feel like an Italian American wedding feast.

Platters of made to order pasta, decadent seafood or meat entrees, and of course homemade desserts are all staples at Carmine's, meant for sharing among friends and family. When great food and wine are supported by friendly and knowledgeable service, the results are magic - we want every day to feel like a Sunday afternoon at Grandma's!

We are open for Indoor & Outdoor Dining, Pick-up, Delivery, Catering and Private Parties. Join us for Happy Hour at our Bar!

The Chicken Parmesan was not good this time. Very soggy and cold. Everything as far as food was great. Also when my card was charged they just gave me the receipt and not receipt where I sign and write in the tip. I found that odd and had to bring it to their attention.

Our waitress was extremely distant. She didn’t give her name and acted as if we were an convenience. She spoke in an extremely condescending tone. There were four of us and we all felt the same way. I visited this upper west side location numerous times and it made me sad that we all were dissatisfied. The fuss was top tier, the waitress was not.

The food, atmosphere, and service were all impeccable one of my favorite restaurants anywhere. I love coming down from Westchester to have dinner with my girlfriend.

The mussels in white wine sauce are simply delicious. Service was great. Awesome accommodations. Portion of food was HEAVY. Awesome place. We will return.

Carmine's is good for a meal in which there are many people and in which you want a fair price. Do not go there for the best in Italian food. It is adequate, perhaps average but nothing special. However, for a reasonable meal at a reasonable price that can allow for a larger than usual group, it is a nice option in NYC.

Hugo was our waiter and he was great. We had 3 kids and 4 adults. Two kids wanted plain pasta and another wanted marinara sauce and adults wanted penne ala vodka so we got the sauces on the side and plain pasta - perfect!! We also got an order of Veal Marsala with mushrooms which was DEE-LICIOUS!! To top it off we ordered the Titanic for dessert as recommended by Hugo and it was a huge hit for everyone. Always love Carmines. We’ll be back!
