Carmine's La Trattoria is the place to dine if you are looking for authentic Italian cuisine. Executive Chef Elmer Saravia places great pride in sourcing the ingredients for his dishes. Serving Palm Beach Gardens Since 1988 - We have an extensive menu featuring Italian favorites, Fresh Seafood, Prime Meats as well as Brick Oven Pizza and Flat Breads, a Full Bar and a Comprehensive Wine List including highly allocated reserve wines in a peaceful dining room and patio overlooking the marina.

We have been to Carmine's in Palm Beach and it never disappoints. Carmine's La Trattoria Restaurant is an awesome Italian Restaurant in Palm Beach. The parking is easy because they have a valet to park your car. There is an outside Bar as well as inside bar. You can sit either outside or inside. The food choices or many and they have a lunch specials and even serve breakfast. Try the rigatoni Al a Vodka or the Italian Wedding Soup. They place has a nice atmosphere and the staff is very friendly.Is this helpful?

We were disappointed. We were a party of 7 for a birthday dinner. We were looking forward to fine food. The menu is impressive and contains many items we like. When we made the reservation, we noted it was a birthday. The restaurant dropped this ball completely – no acknowledgement at all. The server was over-friendly and occasionally inattentive. We had to ask for olive oil, ground pepper, etc.) The food was nicely presented, but (as just some examples) the tomatoes in the caprese salad were over-chilled and underripe, the short rib was not tender, and the sautéed spinach was underdone. The desserts (key lime pie; chocolate lava cake; tiramisu, etc.) were commercial, and at these prices, we should not be expected to box our own take home. (I should have picked up on a red flag; if “dover sole” is offered at a fixed – and overly-low – price, not market, it’s not the real deal.)Is this helpful?
