The only downfall was they were out of cheesecake and we wanted to order it for my son's birthday. Otherwise, the food was delicious and the service was great!!

Great atmosphere, reasonable prices, large portions, helpful waiters, a large selection of tasty dishes, and it was easy to find. We were headed to a concert, so we forgot to take a picture. Loved this place!

I took a large group of friends and was very disappointed by the seafood pasta. It was basically inedible. All the seafood was boiled to the point of being rubbery. The pasta was good but the dish was a complete disappointing.

Our experience at Carmine’s was outstanding. We had Dexter as our server, I cannot recommend him enough. While the food and ambiance were incredible, Dexter provided a truly one of a kind experience. Go to Carmines. It’s a must and absolutely request Dexter as your server! I will also say, everyone that worked at Carmines was amazing we just really enjoyed our service.

Visit Vegas 6 times a year and our first night is always dinner at Carmines. Baked clams and veal Parmigiana. Just so scrumptious. With the warm bread and a glass of Pinot Grigio, just can’t be any better. Service is great and the atmosphere is fabulous. Coming back the first week of March and you could rest assured that we will be having dinner at carmines the first night. Best Italian in Vegas.
