My wife and I had dinner here last night. Our server, Danny, was great. The food was simply outstanding. They first brought out what initially thought was bread. Turns out it was a small slice of pizza. Was really good, I might go back and get a whole pie. We shared the meatball appetizer, which was also good. My wife had a pasta dish, I had veal porcini. The entrees were awesome. We shared a bottle of Chianti that Danny recommended. We could not have been happier with the food and service. HOWEVER, we were seated at a table not far from the bar. There were three men seated at the end of the bar who were totally obnoxious. They were loud, profane and totally inappropriate. One of them in particular must have thought it was ok to continually drop F bombs while people were trying to enjoy dinner 50 feet away. One couple who were initially seated near us asked to be moved to a table further away from the bar. We should have done the same. What was really bad is that neither the manager nor one of the bartenders said anything to them. I am not such a prude that I am offended by foul language. I might occasionally sprinkle an F bomb into a conversation myself. But these guys were having a conversation for the whole restaurant to hear. Totally inappropriate for an otherwise fine dining establishment

We made a last minute reservation and did not have to wait more than 15 mins to be seated. This was a better situation than most places downtown. Once seated we were immediately greeted. Our waitress Bridgette was knowledgeable and her style of service was perfect. Food was HOT and delicious

This was our second visit to Carpaccios and we're so glad we came back. The drinks were great, calamari appetizer was delicious and the lasagna bolognese and pork chops meals were scrumptious. Our server Kurt was friendly and professional.

Carpaccio’s once again does not disappoint. I made a reservation on a Wednesday night and I’m glad I need as the restaurant was packed. We were immediately seated and served with water and the delicious pizza bread slices. The waiter took our drink and appetizer order within two minutes. We received our appetizer and dinner selections in record time as well as other tables receiving there orders moments before and after us. We are looking forward to our next visit to Carpaccio’s!

This was a real pleasant experience. The decor is almost elegant and our server was excellent. I had the seafood arrabiatta with squid ink linguini. It was delicious and properly spicy and they certainly did not skimp on the seafood. The only issue I had is that I would have preferred the pasta to have been more al dente but I'll take the rap for that. Our server assured me that I could have made that request. My two guests were also pleased and one enjoyed her very first cannolli! All in all and evening well worth it. Finding good pasta in Annapolis requires some effort. This one was worth it.
