   Fantastic food and service. The reason I cannot give this restaurant five stars is that when dining outside, the tables are just too small for the plates making it awkward and uncomfortable. In addition, loud traffic and motorcycles go by on Palmetto Boulevard, so it is very hard to have conversation over dinner.. Food was delicious and well prepared. One small point, we were not allowed to substitute plain pasta for potatoes in the entrée. Seems silly for a restaurant at this price point.

While we strive to make our patio as enjoyable as possible, we recognize that the smaller tables and traffic can affect the ambiance, and your feedback is helpful as we look at ways to improve comfort for our guests. Regarding your substitution request, flexibility is something we take pride in, especially at this level of dining, and we apologize that we weren’t able to accommodate that change. We’ll revisit our policies to ensure we’re always putting the guest experience first. We hope to welcome you back again soon for another meal—this time, hopefully a more comfortable one.

   Disappointed in the food/ service lately. Appetizers have been really good still, but entrees are not as good as previous years

   We our canasta group had a wonderful meal at Casa D'Angelo. We had the zucchini flowers and calamari with zucchini shoestrings as an appetizer which were done perfectly. We also enjoyed the bruschetta, olives, and bread that were placed on the table with our drinks. The entrees were all delicious especially the Dover sole, the veal chop, and the seafood on a bed of ink squid pasta. One of us had the dish spicy and one without spice and both were perfect. The only disappointment was the veal chop that was pounded which was a little dry. The desserts were lovely and we definitely will return. Our waitress was very attentive and the plates were not picked up until the entire party was finished,
