The Chef’s crab cakes were exceptional along with the Tomato bisque soup! Wonderful service and friendly staff all around. Wonderful experience during our visit to The Stanley Hotel.

Who doesn’t want a fun night at the Stanley hotel while in Estes Park. We decided to splurge and purchase the $195 48oz Tomahawk Angus steak. It was the worst steak my partner and I have ever had. The chef cut the steak off the bone and plate it, knowing full well it was 75% fat. Even pieces that were edible we had to cut entire back slabs of fat off. It was a shame to have a steak sent out to customers willing to pay $200 for a steak in that condition. We also ordered fingerling potatoes and they were hard as rock. Possibly cooked in a microwave for 2-3mins. Over priced and overhyped for the level of food we received

We were excited to have dinner for a celebration, unfortunately it feel short of our expectations. We had read previous reviews and decided to try it. The aged ribeye was delicious, I ordered the duck and within one bite i could not eat it. It was extremely gamey with no seasoning. The Chef came over and I explained my taste on it, instead of removing the item from the ticket I was charged full price for one bite. That was highly disappointing. I can say we will not return to this restaurant when returning to Estes Park. There are a lot of dining options in town that value you as a guest.

Birthday dinner with family. Service was average. Ordered a charcuterie board and we barely started eating it and the food was already out. Poor timing. The steak was uninspiring and the whole meal Lacked flavor.

We had the Prime Rib and The Rocky Mountain Grill flight, they were good. It was just unremarkable. Having both the charcuterie and cheese tray for the appetizer was the highlight. Nostalgia brought us to the Hotel in general. We enjoyed our experience.

This meal was so fancy and expensive and made me so sick. I only had filet mignon, brussel sprouts, and mashed potatoes.

A great choice for a romantic meal, especially on Valentine's Day. Limited menu selection and priced like a 5 Michelin restaurant with incredible staff, a massive drink menu and of course a tasty Red Rum drink. My prime rib was flavorful, but cut for thin like a sandwich.
