   Perhaps the worst dining experience in Calgary. Food took forever. Steak was sent back as it was way over cooked. Told the manager how disappointed we were his response was “noted” We ate there 3 years ago it was great. I’m guessing they will close soon as you cannot operate a restaurant charging the prices they do and offer the horrible service and food quality we received

   Very disappointed in the portion size of the sable fish. For the price, it was ridiculously small. Very tasty and cooked perfectly. Some shrinkflation involved.

   The steak didn’t come with a steak knife, because it didn’t need to be cut with anything that sharp! Delish and very good meat, will eat here again

   Great dinner, nice ambiance, server was extremely nice, only feedback was the dessert didn’t come until after we paid and we’re leaving.

   Celebrated my Mother-in-Law's birthday with a lovely dinner at Charbar. Incredible food, kind service, and overall great atmosphere. Love the aesthetic of the restaurant. Will definitely be back!

   The food was delicious. We ordered a couple of GF pizzas for starters. You would never know those crusts were gf, and that cheese was to die for! All the rest of the dishes were full of flavour. The Argentine Shrimp, the lamb etc. We were a party of 7, and the service was on the ball all night. Appreciated everything!

   Food was underwhelming. The main courses were too pricey for the quality served. Hamburger was overcooked, bun was cold, and fries were not homemade. For a 29$ burger, you just expect a little more. Appetizers were delicious and innovative. Server was excellent. Bathroom required a code and while staff saw us going down there, no one told us we needed a code. This is likely to keep the unhoused out, but really? Basic dignity folks…

    I booked my spouses birthday here. I am beyond disappointed with how slow our service was. Our server was very nice, however it took 40 minutes to get a drink, we ordered a bottle of wine and getting that was a whole run around and over an hour upon arriving to even order food. Although it was a Saturday night they weren’t overly busy and with a large party and auto gratuity I expected more. I asked to speak to the manager who never came over to talk to me. I was personally so embarrassed that I even suggested to book this venue. Disappointing to say the least.
