Chart House Waikiki was founded in 1968 by world-renowned waterman Joey Cabell. It is the only independently owned Chart House existing in Hawaii, though 24 additional locations exist throughout the continental United States. Chart House Waikiki was founded on the principle of providing an authentic Hawaiian hospitality experience incorporating great food, exceptional service, and unparalleled views. Known for its seafood, steaks, ribs and iconic marina vistas, it remains a cornerstone of Waikiki dining. かなり混んでいましたが、予約しておいたのですぐに通してもらえました。窓際の席でしたが暗い時間だったのであまりViewは関係ないかも。オススメを聞いて、ガーリックシュリンプとロブスターテールを頂きました。ガーリックシュリンプが5尾だったので、足りないかな～と思っていましたが、ロブスターテールのボリュームが凄かったので頼まなくて正解でした。サイドディッシュも盛り沢山でした。寒かったので暖かいグリーンティーを頼みましたが、ティーバッグのお茶が中々出なくて薄かったです～。店員さんも感じが良くて居心地の良い時間を過ごさせていただきました。機会があれば昼間行ってみたいです。

予約時間前に着いたのですがとてもいい席に案内していただきました。時間的に3チョイス$55のコースを頂きましたがお腹いっぱいになりました。「何かのアニバーサリーですか？」と言われたので結婚記念日のディナーですと言うとシャーベットをプレゼントして頂きました。正面に見えるヨットハーバーからの夕陽もお祝いしてくれている様でした。

We arrived for iur reservation on time and were asked if we would consider a table in the lounge area as the restaurant was very busy. We agreed ti take a table there. After receiving no service in the lounge for nearly 20 minutes and 3 attempts we asked the hostess to reseat us in the dining room, which she eagerly did after apologizing for experience there. We were reseated , and experienced great service and a great meal ... in a much quieter and pleasant atmosphere... in the dining room. Our thanks to the gracious hostess and wait staff that saved our evening and gave us a great experience.
