   The food was amazing but the service was just super slow. Everyone was nice but me and my partner waited forever for someone to come around and take our order, then we had our empty plates on the table for over a half hour waiting for someone to take them away. Then finally someone came and we thought they would ask us for dessert but we waited another half hour or so for someone to notice us and come ask about dessert. Just felt like an extra long time waiting for service. But the food was definitely delicious.

   Over booked on Valentine’s Day - 9:30 reservation and didn’t get our appetizer till 10:40 then proceeded to get bad service on top of the very long wait. The food was good but the vibes and service was really awful

   We never go out for Valentine’s Day but coming off of a month long trip, we decided to head out and we’re thankful that Chef Fredy’s had availability at a reasonable hour. Most of the tables were set for two and so with valentine’s conversation it was louder than expected but we could still hear each other. We ordered off of the special menu and were not disappointed! We had the octopus and clams for appetizers and the shrimp/scallops with pasta and the strip steak (order medium because they tend to come less done than traditional orders)… all was amazing - best we’ve had at any restaurant in awhile! They also added giving out a single red rose to each lady coming in …. Somehow I got missed, which I was a bit annoyed at as I watched every other patron receive one! They did correct this. Regardless, we can’t wait to come back and try the other dishes on the regular menu!

   Food was excellent. Scallop appetizer. Stuffed pork chop and striped bass mains. Peanut butter gelato with caramel and chocolate shell for dessert. OMG. The service was most impressive. Professional and Very attentive. Dined on a very busy Valentines night but Chef Fredy’s didn’t miss a beat. Highly recommend for a top notch fine dining experience at very reasonable pricing.

   What’s a great evening with a large group celebrating 2 birthdays. Service was fantastic and the food was absolutely amazing! We’ve been here once before during early days of COVID but forgot how good of an experience it was. Highly recommend this place for groups as the meal portions are generous and works well family style. Thank you for a lovely evening!! (I can’t recall the name of our server but he was an older gentleman who was super helpful in suggesting dishes, etc.)
