   This was the absolute worst experience of my life. My partner and I usually go to chefusion to celebrate our special occasions or great achievements. We always rave about the food to our friends and have even taken our friends there for happy hour to enjoy time together. This was the first experience that we absolutely hated everything. The service wasn’t like usual our server wasn’t personable didn’t care how our food was nor to figure out why my partner couldn’t have seafood. The entrees themselves were horrible the quality of the meats seems no where near as good as it was and my lobster was tough and rubbery. Our desserts felt stale like they were made ages ago and sat out uncovered. The Valentine’s Day menu had no friendly substitutions for seafood allergy people which I found ridiculous seeing how it is one of the most common allergies. Seeing the Valentine’s Day experience go up to $100 per person we expected the food to be better than previous years only to leave very disappointed $255 poorer for such crappy food, ambience, and service. We hope that things can go back the way they were, this used to be our favorite place.

   The bartender mixed amazing fresh fruit drinks. The weight staff was all very friendly and professional. We were disappointed the lobster bisque did not taste like lobster at all. We could not pinpoint the flavor. Years ago it was the best here, but the recipe must've changed. Our entrées and dessert were very good. Could have had a little more flavor. Very tender steak and delicious potatoes.

   First time here and was so impressed. We are big foodies and don't mind spending for quality food experience. They have fabulous 35$ 3 course menu or ala cart. Crafted affordable cocktails in lovely upstairs bar. If I had give complaint we were seated in empty main dining room at table right in walkway and every time door opened we were in line for cold air. My bff had foresight to have us move our 2 person place setting on 4 top over on our table to the other 2 seats to minimize this issue. Our upstairs bartender to the waitress at our table-too notch, give them a raise! I would so make RSVP for window seat next time in the Main room or go upstairs just enjoy the ambiance and eat at the bar. Love this place will return next month!

   Family gathering- was great! Ambience was just right- enough chatter so you didn’t feel overheard but not so loud that you couldn’t talk. Service always great. Love this place.

   Food was DELICIOUS. The lobster was fresh, steak cooked perfectly and soup and dessert were fantastic. We did the $35 pre fixe and had tons of options and still left stuffed. Neither my wife or I eat a ton, but the larger portion $60 pre fixe also looked great. Being from the Chicago area, we don’t come to Green Bay a lot, but we will make Chefusion a priority if we come back.

   Dinner and service were ok. We would have preferred to sit upstairs but were quite confused why that wasn’t an option. I think it’s quite confusing for a customer why the tasting menu option is not offered on the first floor. The upstairs has a much warmer ambiance, it’s too bad that we didn’t know to specify upstairs seating. Other comments— Lobster bisque soup was barely warm. The gnocchi was very chewy and tasted old. Chopped seasonal salad was great but proportion was way too large for the 3 course meal. It think there was nearly 3 cups of salad on my plate. 3 oz Lobster was wonderfully prepared along with the filet crostini.

    This place! We were in town for the weekend and were told this place was a must try. It exceeded our expectations. Our service was stellar, the food was beyond amazing and the atmosphere was beautiful and romantic. I would drive back up here from Chicago just to eat here. Absolutely amazing experience!
