Chicago Cut Steakhouse is one of Chicago’s most iconic dining experiences in a city that boasts dozens of options for steak-centric dining. Our downtown Chicago steakhouse offers guests a selection of signature, USDA-certified prime beef that is hand-cut and dry-aged on site. Our curated menu also features fish, shellfish, chops and a selection of unique side dishes and appetizers. In addition to delicious martinis and specialty cocktails, Chicago Cut offers a wine list with more than 600 bottles that has been highlighted Wine Spectator, the world’s leading authority on wine. Our dining area features a lively bar scene, vibrant red velvet banquettes and spacious dining tables, private dining options and beautiful, sweeping views of the Chicago River. In the warm months, we also open our sprawling outdoor dining patio, which makes Chicago Cut an excellent spot for an outdoor brunch, lunch or dinner reservation along the river.

    Very nice experience. The waitress was very nice and informative. She Knew about my wife’s food allergies and also made sure to check on our table frequently to make sure we were well taken care of. This is is our 4th time coming Chicago Cut and every time it’s an awesome experience.

    Incredible experience. Peter and entire staff so welcoming and delivered great service. Made a comment about celebrating my son’s accomplishment. Gave us a free dessert. Hostess moved us to a booth window seat. Class A act.

    Greeted at the door, coat and scarf taken, promptly taken to my Table. Greeted by several Servers and staff. Excellent selection of Wine. Sparkling water cool and crisp. Irish Stew was delicious, Crab Cake was outstanding. Filet and Lobster done to Perfection. Carrot cake and coconut ice cream was a great combination with the 20-year tawny port to finish. Valet was very prompt and service with a smile.

    Fantastic experience! The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect—warm, inviting, and lively. Our waiter, Julio, was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!
