   Reservation was for 1pm. Arrived on time e and were seated at 1:15 despite the restaurant not being busy. The salad bar seemed to lack appeal. Black beans never seemed to be fully stocked up. Had to request to have my drink filled up each time. The meat coming out was ok. The waiters bringing out the meat were very nice and were quick to bring out other meats for us. Overall it was worth the $48 lunch price.

   If you've never experienced a Brazilian steakhouse, you must try Chima. At least 90% of the meats I tasted were really delicious. The waiter was courteous and the whole ambiance was exciting! I'd go back again.

   This was my third delightful dining experience at Chima, and once again, they surpassed my expectations. The selection of proteins was exquisitely seasoned and grilled to mouthwatering perfection. My server, Bakri, provided exceptional service, making the evening even more enjoyable with his attentive and friendly demeanor. I truly can’t wait for my next visit, which promises to be yet another unforgettable culinary adventure!

   The food was amazing! We took our 16 yr old son for his birthday and he swears it's the best meal EVER (Gotta love a teenage boy's enthusiasm). We especially enjoyed the ribeye marinated in jalapeño and chimichurro sauce and the shrimp which was amazingly tender.

   delicious- my favorites were the shrimp, filet mignon, grilled cheese, grilled pineapple, the flan, and the amazing salad bar and cheese bread. service was impeccable.

   Annual birthday celebration with my son, daughter, and daughter-in-law is an event we all look forward to. Chimas selection, service, and food are always outstanding. Looking forward to next year already.

   We had the pleasure of being served by Brittany, and she was absolutely incredible! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Her attention to detail, friendly attitude, and genuine care for our experience made the night unforgettable. She anticipated our needs, offered great recommendations, and never missed a beat — truly a top-tier server! The management team also deserves a big shoutout — Vini and Cally were both attentive and clearly run a tight, well-organized ship. You can tell they care about both their staff and guests, and it shows in the overall experience. And let’s not forget Susana at the bar — her drinks were perfectly balanced and delicious! This team is the definition of hospitality done right. Can’t wait to come back!
