   Expected more. We felt like we were at a Golden Corral for Meat. While the drinks and food were good, it lacked in add ons and we only were offered some of the choices like Cheese,Pineapple & Shrimps once the entire time we were there despite the tag being flipped and even had to call one back when he skipped us a second time. Our Server was nice, funny & knowledgeable but seemed to have to many tables so it was hard to catch up with him which resulted in longer wait times for drinks and later the check. Besides it being very loud, the tables being so close together was almost uncomfortable (we had Reservations for his Birthday) but there being only 1 single Toilet was what ruined it completely. The Toilet was used as divider between Server Station and Main Restaurant it had a front "Room" with a chainlink Metal curtain and 3 Ladies were standing behind it waiting to use the Restroom as well which left me no choice but to wait in front of the "curtain" in full view of dinning Guest (2 steps and I could touch them) I felt like I am in a over crowded Club and not a Restaurant. A Server walking by thankfully informed me that I could also use their Restrooms upstairs and showed me to the elevator across the Room by the Entrance. To my surprise upstairs was another Chima lvl with Tables to dine at and even a Bar. It looked deserted, completely in the dark but for outside lights and some low dimming lights. The Restroom actually had Stalls and everything else you would expect from an almost 5 Star Restaurant unlike downstairs but I felt like an intruder being the only person there. ... we were very underwhelmed and disappointed with the experience and most definitely won't go again.

   Nice evening out, good service by the servers even though it was very busy. Surprised not to see family favs Brazilian collards or fried yuca but plenty of other dishes at salad bar.

   When you go to a place like Chima you expect high level service for high level prices. We were so disappointed in the service, could not get drinks, could not get dessert -never cleared our plates..:horrible service. We’ll never go back…

   Jacob was our server and he nailed it! Definitely gonna recommend it! Server and management team is really attentive and nice!

   Chima Steakhouse was an awesome experience a little noisy but it didn’t take away from the atmosphere. The food and services were amazing will definitely have to visit again

   The Angus steak was tough & the ribs were too. That's why I took off a star. Everything else was great

   Chima was absolutely incredible! The food was amazing, the service was spectacular, we couldn’t have asked for a better evening. Our server was Jackson J he was very attentive, so friendly and kind. He went above and beyond to make my husband feel great on his birthday, he made sure we got to try all the steaks and different food available, he was all around awesome!

    Everything was very good, my mother really enjoyed it, our server Jackson was very attentive to us and his service was overall excellent.
