   First time experiencing a Brazilian Steakhouse. Absolutely amazing. Such a good flavor. Our waiter was named Alec. Very nice, patient, and had great suggestions for us. We had a 5:15 dinnertime and didn't leave until 7:30-ish. We tried everything. By 8 pm, we had shared our experience with at least 10 people and how satisfied we were. Thank you to the entire staff.

   server was slow. perhaps too many tables assigned to her. meat had lots of fat. no butter with tbe rolls. noisy kids. the manager did comp a desert since they got behind.

   First time there and brought my 14yr old son- a friend with his family booked a separate reservation but Chima accommodated all of us as a group. Service was excellent! Food was amazing- such a nice time for a Christmas dinner! We laughed, ate and had such a great fellowship. A stress free holiday meal for the win!

   To be honest we had a great time. But. Was saved by the manager. We booked weeks ago with a credit guarantee. The girl at the front was so rude. So much we about walked out. She could not find our reservation which we found eventually which had been cancelled somehow by the restaurant. Can’t explain. But. The manager sorted. She did everything she could to prevent us having a table. Now we have notification that reservation is complete ?? Anyhow. Food and service after her was tremendous as always. Really enjoyed it. Our waiter was awesome. So this is our normal Xmas day event. Hopefully again next year and in-between.

   The food and service was excellent. The manager, Rogerio, stopped by the table to make sure everything was perfect. It was a wonderful experience!

   Our waitress was terrific. The various servers providing the meats, chicken, shrimp and pineapple were outstanding. Salad bar was excellent. Love this place!

    Everything was delicious! So enjoyed ourselves. Our server, Alec was outstanding. He deserves five stars of his own! Will definitely be back and will request him!!
