   I understand it’s holiday and they are very busy but we waited for our food for two hours ., plus we waited about 30 minutes after our reservation time and were about 15 minutes early for our reservation .

   Overall it was a nice dining experience. Tables were very close together and to walls making for a cramped feel and the lighting was very dim and too dark. It was Christmas day and very busy which made for slow service from the kitchen. The wait staff was very professional, attentive, and responsive. The food and drinks were delicious and on point. I would definitely go back and recommend to others.

   I made reservations well in advance and when we got to the restaurant. The table wasn’t available until one hour after the reservation time. Poor service!

   Great food, great service, great atmosphere with the live pianist! Little busy and behind schedule because people didn’t want to leave but Martin handled the situation perfectly!

   Great food and ambiance as always but they were running way behind—we had to wait way too long for our table (with a reservation) and the food took forever. The manager however was hustling herself and doing her best to keep everything moving and everyone happy. This was a very unusual experience, and we’ll definitely be back again.

   Food is amazing. Seafood platter is always great! Hostesses and servers very attentive and personable. Kitchen was backed up. We were sat an hour after our reservation and after being sat we received our apps in a timely manner. However, we asked for the bill before our entrees even came out because we never received them an hour and a half after being seated two and a half hours after our reservation. They boxed our food any we left. Very disappointing.

   I understand it was Christmas Eve, and in the past I have had excellent experiences with both the food and service here. Last night was an off night. Had a 6p reservation for 2 and were not seated until after 7p. Hostess stand employees were overwhelmed and rude. No one ever checked on us while waiting in the bar or offered a drink for having to wait. Service was very slow once we were seated. We didn’t leave/finish dinner until after 9p. Thank goodness we were not on a timeline. No manager ever rounded by the table or checked in. I will not be back for a holiday meal. Any other time it is a great choice.

    Steak was as good as any of the countries top steak houses. Seafood platter was fabulous. Our server Moe was outstanding.
