   Ein super schönes Restaurant! Leider viel zu touristisch. Viele Instagram Menschen die ständig und von allem Fotos machen. Personal war teils überfordert. Das Essen war hervorragend und die Weinauswahl unschlagbar!! Ich denke man sollte sich die Vorweihnachtszeit und die Wochenenden sparen, dann ist’s wirklich spitze.

   Beautifully decorated for Christmas. The food was good and our waitress was exceptional - attentive, professional, answered all questions on the food and wine list. The downside was that we were kept waiting in a corridor for 25 mins after our booking time. When dining it is not what one expects. We were close to leaving. The saving grace was our eventual waitress.

   Unfortunately we were not seated in the conservatory, despite me requesting it in advance. When I emailed in advance to request this, the restaurant responded to say it depends on availability on the night. However, on the night I was told that it depends on who requested the conservatory seating first. Had I known in advance that we would not be seated in the conservatory, I would not have booked this restaurant. I am extremely disappointed at this as it felt like we had been scammed into choosing this restaurant. The restaurant knows that people would be less likely to come if they could not sit in the conservatory. So this tactic felt like a scam. Extremely disappointed on our anniversary.

   Thank you for such a memorable experience, in your truly magical restaurant. We were made to feel very special and your “welcome to London” treat for my son was a wonderful touch. Food, service and ambiance at its best for a realistic budget in London at a too class restaurant. See you next Christmas x

   Zugegeben ist das Restaurant nett dekoriert, das war es aber. Wir sassen oben, draußen hatte es 2 grad Celsius und innen war es sehr kühl . Wir baten das Personal das Gebläse auszuschalten, woraufhin für circa 2 Minuten die Heizung anging. Nach 2 Minuten war sie wieder aus und es war kalt. Als Vorspeise hattest die Maccerini. Auch kalt und geschmacklos. Insgesamt kein schöner Abend

   The food was absolutely incredible (we had the tasting menu with wine paring). The service was friendly but a little disorganised and slow - We had to wait 20 minutes for each of the last two courses. Other diners had their food considerably quicker than us. We were also given wine for the next course before having the prior course delivered. Ambience was lovely as always. Overall a lovely dinner, but for the £320 price tag, the service wasn't great (we probably would have complained at the time but had another reservation immediately after).

    We were really looking forward to going but unfortunately it was a mixed experience and ultimately disappointing. The food was exceptional, really amazing but the service was awful. We arrived to a stressed and overwhelmed reception. From the moment we were brought to our table it was clear that they wanted us in and out as quick as possible. They wanted our food order before our drinks had arrived and the main dish arrived literally as soon as we finished our started. You felt constantly rushed. It was odd because you don’t expect it from a restaurant of that calibre.
