   The food and service at Columbia are always excellent, and today's meal was no exception. Each of the dishes was fantastic. We will look forward to our next visit.

   We made a reservation for 3 and arrived early, but they required us to wait about 15 minutes past our reservation time. It took some time for our server to come to our table. We went ahead and placed our main meal order right away. Two of us ordered salads with our meal which we would have assumed to come before our main course but my wife’s soup came out first. Once I received my main course, I asked when I would get my salad and the server asked if I did not get it? Then why am I asking? The server never came back to fill our waters and we were only checked on one time. The bill included a QR code to pay and we left a tip based on our mediocre service, which the server apparently was not happy with. I said thank you on the way out, but the server did not reply. The food was great and the ambiance excellent for a Cuban restaurant. It felt like we were in Cuba. Great location also in Celebration.

   The Columbia Restaurant food and service is outstanding. I highly suggest diners put this place at the top of their list. It’s at the top of mine !!! ENJOY !!!

   We had an amazing lunch at Columbia today; the Cuban & 1905 salad combo was outstanding as usual as was our server, DoryAnn.

   We had the worst experience. The service was terrible. My friend wanted me to go for the experience, and it wasn't at all an experience besides bad. They sat us in the bar area with a large party even though we had reservations. The server was so overwhelmed he passed us off to the bartender (she was so nice). Their famous salad wasn't made at the table. We didn't get enough bread until it was too late. The side of shrimp we ordered was cold by the time it got to the table, so we had to wait for a new order. Once we had all the food, it was tasty. We ordered expresso martinis and they were so sugary we couldn't drink them. They remade them, and they were worse. With all this, the restaurant comped the whole meal. I'm so disappointed. We got a babysitter to go out to have a great night. I honestly won't go back. There are too many awesome restaurants in Orlando.

    I had dinner at the restaurant on a Saturday evening. I have been looking forward to eating at The Columbia for sometime. The atmosphere was chaotic and extremely loud. I could not hear the person sitting across from me. I felt rushed the whole time I was there. It was very obvious they were ready for me to eat and leave so they could sit another table. I had the famous 1905 salad which was very good and the seafood paella. The food was good, but not outstanding although I do feel it comes at a very good value. I would like to go back when they are not so busy and maybe I would have a much better experience.
