Family-owned and operated for more than 116 years, Columbia has earned acclaim for its old-world charm and award-winning Spanish/Cuban cuisine.

Casual attire is fine, but we don’t allow sleeveless shirts on men in the dining room.

Join us for century-old family recipes like Paella a la Valenciana, Roast Pork a la Cubana and fresh seafood specialties.

Don't miss the Columbia’s Original “1905” Salad®, prepared with our delicious, freshly made dressing, a 100-year-old family recipe of fresh garlic, oregano, wine vinegar and Spanish extra virgin olive oil.

Be sure to sample a fine Spanish wine like Montecillo or Campillo.

Relax outdoors in our café or courtyard, or inside our Tapas Bar or Mediterranean-style dining rooms filled with hand-painted tiles and family heirlooms.

We are a sister to the Columbia in Tampa's Ybor City, founded in 1905. Children's menu available. Open 365 days a year, including all holidays.

    Really incredible experience every time we dine here. Our server was incredible, Juan. Thank you for accommodating allergies so safely and mindfully. We love watching the waitstaff work together so well and all the table side presentations. Well done, all around

    Always a delicious meal. Service was great , our table was waiting , we were seated promptly. Their signature salad is not to be missed and do not skip the bread pudding for desert. Our favorite restaurant to eat at while visiting Celebration , Florida.

    Such excellent food! Very allergen, friendly, in our party we had someone with a gluten, egg, and dairy allergy, and they were very knowledgeable and very accommodating.

    We always love the food and service. Even our grandson was very happy with the shrimp and ate almost all his grandma’s. Overall excellent experience we recommend it to all our friends.

    Frequently enjoy the Saint Augustine location. First time at Celebration. Last minute reservation on Valentine’s Day. Everything was exceptional! Our northern guests were impressed. Thank you for a wonderful evening.
