   From start to finish Mylee was fantastic! She had great feed back for every item that was inquired and made the evening special by presenting a small flan that was split after dinner. Perfect!

   Food and Service were excellent! Wesley and Alicia were a great, energetic team. Also a big Thank You to John Ponzo, the manager on duty, for the warm welcome to me and my family. The holiday decor is always wonderful to enjoy too! Thank you!

   In the past many years we’ve had wonderful experiences at the Colombia. But as things happen we had an awful experience this time. We had a 2:30 reservation and got seated at 2:20. That part went very well. Unfortunately the next communication didn’t come for about 15 minutes when waiter #1 arrived. If anyone has ever been to the Colombia you know that it’s a rare occasion that you have to ask a waiter/waitress for water or bread or butter. We had to do that several times. Anyway, with that being said and keeping patience we finally ordered our food. The bread came about 15 minutes later our Sangria arrived about 15 minutes after that and then our salad arrived (after the bread had been consumed) about 15 minutes later. No entree. About 30 minutes later we stopped a lovely hostess (table sitter) and asked for some help since still no main course (and it was not paella). She was very delightful and returned to us saying she had spoken to our waiter and he would check on it immediately. That being said he came to us (mind you he was a second waiter we had for the night since the first one told us he was waiting for his Uber and he was on the way to the airport). This second waiter said he had checked on it and a manager was involved and our entrees would be there in 5 minutes. After 15-20 minutes and no sight of entrees nor waiter we chose to leave. Full disclosure we talked with a manager on the way out. He was very apologetic and in fairness he did take care of us. I say all of this to say we will return. Also we would not want to detour anyone from going. We are not people who get up because of bad service. In fact in all the years we have been going out to restaurants all over the United States and our home of Tampa this is the first time. The worst part of all of this it was our 45 anniversary and we generally celebrate it each at the Columbia. So in closing I will say that we are very disappointed in the service. But we will definitely return.

   Wonderful meal with grandchildren who got to experience something other than fast food. Nate, our waiter, was great and very patient.

   I have reserved a table for 7 people. The table that they have given us is in the bar, not the restaurant. Horrible atmosphere if you are expecting a table in the restaurant. I have made these reservations months ago and I was taken back when they gave us a table a few feet from people drinking at the bar. Horrible, never bringing a large party to this place again!

    Loved the manchego bread appetizer, chicken with manchego was terrrific, the gazpacho was very special -great taste and options to add onions, peppers, croutons at tableside (lovely presentation). Unbeatable bread pudding dessert with coconut ice cream!
