The Columbia is Florida’s Oldest RestaurantSM, founded in Tampa's historic Ybor City in 1905. Family-owned and operated for 119 years, the restaurant has earned acclaim for old-world charm as well as for its award-winning Spanish/Cuban cuisine and wine list.

Open 365 days a year, including all holidays and serving lunch and dinner daily.

Casual attire is fine, but we don’t allow sleeveless shirts on men in the dining room.

Flamenco Dance Shows: There is an $10 cover charge per person for guests over the age of 12.

Monday through Thursday dinner reservation times for the 7 p.m. show are 5:30, 6 or 6:30 p.m.

Friday and Saturday dinner reservations for the 7 p.m. show are 5:30, 6 or 6:30 p.m. and for the 9:30 p.m. show, seatings are at 8:30 or 9 p.m.

Reservations for dinner and the show are required. Please call the restaurant to check availability for reservations.

    I’m was delicious. My husband had the Mahi Mahi and I had the Lechón Asado 1905. It was amazing.

    Kelsey was an awesome server, went above the necessary kindness and helpfulness in helping make my mom’s 87th birthday dinner special. The food was delicious with many delightful flavors which was especially nice bc we tried some new dishes and were not disappointed.

    Not our first time here, however the place was very noisy with a “musty” smell by the bar area. Food was mediocre this time and our server forgot the kids meal and their famous Sangria!!! We had family from out of town and we thought to impress them with “Columbia”, very “mediocre” in their opinion. We decided to skip this place in our future choice of restaurants. The value for money (which as you know is an expensive place) is not there, my expectations were much higher for what we paid.

    Danny our ser er was excellent. Our meals were delicious and of course the building itself is the star of the show. A must do and don't forget the gift shop!!!!

    Our server Ana was exceptional. It was our first visit and she gave us the history of the restaurant. She was extremely attentive and very friendly. Everyone at our table was extremely happy with their drinks and entree choices. She even surprised us with flan for desert to help is celebrate our 33rd wedding anniversary. She made it a very memorable experience.

    The rice for the paella was mushy. The palomilla steak did not have much of a taste. Sangria and bread pudding were great.
