   Connaught Room at Ashford Castle is worth the experience. Our waitress was amazing. Very personable. I think her name was Vickie... my spelling is probably wrong. Food and drinks were great. We also added the champagne tasting. It is expensive, but worth the experince overall.

   Our experience in the Connaught Room was absolutely wonderful. Lana and her staff were amazing. Couldn't do enough for us and made our visit memorable. It was my twin sisters' birthday, and they loved every minute. All through the hotel the staff were professional and so friendly. We will definitely return to Ashford Castle

   The Tea was such a lovely experience. Every bite was better than the last. The teas were perfect, and everyone was beyond kind from the welcome to the ride over to the falconry school afterward. It was the perfect experience.

    We had a very enjoyable experience however when I booked i requested high table seating as my sister is heavily pregnant, we were given a low couch but she managed fine, the part I found unsatisfactory was that the chef sent a little dessert treat saying congratulations to her as a surprise and not asked for, this was a lovely thought and one she very much appreciated - sadly when we got the bill we saw we were actually charged for the brownie and it wasn't complimentary and certainly wasn't ordered. A very unnecessary charge and a it ruined the surprise All in all the experience was fabulous but don't give a complimentary surprise and then charge for it.
