We had a lovely birthday dinner at Cooper's Hawk last night. The food was delicious and the service outstanding. It was very crowded so the noise level was high making it hard to carry on a conversation. That was the only challenge in an otherwise great experience.

This was the first time I had the braised short ribs and I feel like I have been missing out. This was one of the best meals that I have had at this chain. Service was outstanding and I was happy that the winter red was served warm.

We were really disappointed in our waitress. I felt like she didn’t pay us much attention. I normally get amazing service at this location even during busy times and was disappointed we didn’t get an attentive waitress. We also had several different ones, so maybe we didn’t actually have a single one.
