   Too much waiting, girls at the reception concentrated on some people more and no customer care at all, the place is so noise not good for dates compared to the one of Toronto and Vaughan. The ambience is perfect but everything concerning customer service it’s a no for me compared to the above mentioned ones. Not coming back to Niagara one.

   Made the trek to Niagara on Saturday to show my cousin visiting from Italy. We booked Copa for my birthday dinner. Our reservation was for 6:30pm, however we were early and the hostesses were very accommodating to get us a table. The place was packed!! The service staff were great and the food and drinks were outstanding. The entertainment, music selection and fireworks were an added bonus. My Italian cousin said it was the best place he's eaten at from both his visits to NYC and Toronto, and you know how Italians are with their food. Copa never disappoints!!

   Our night out at this restaurant was wonderful. They had outstanding service and energy. Food was excellent with many delicious options that made my mouth water. Definitely recommend coming here and will soon come back

   Another great experience at Copa. Carvers Sasha and Joel were fantastic. The apps were great and easy to order and the meat was cooked to perfection!

   Amazing meal and experience! We attended in celebration for a birthday, and it was one of our favourite/best dining experiences to date. The food was phenomenal, our server Sophie was too! Very outgoing and helpful. Checking in on us frequently despite there being a mobile ordering service. We can’t wait to come back!

   Table side service started slow, but quickly picked up to what we’ve come to expect, then we were basically forgotten… Not overly busy, and sure it’s not the usual, but it was our experience this time.
