   We had more come than we expected and we were shuttled out to the patio. Until the heat was turned on, it was cold! Interior tables were empty. Why couldn’t we put 2 tables together for us all inside???

   We came as a group of 4, part business and part pleasure. The restaurant stayed around 25% capacity all evening. The ambience was quiet with dim lighting and very cool air. All 4 of us have been to Copper Creek many times over the past decade. On this occasion, we experienced service, food quality and drink issues. In addition, the prices are extremely high for this geographic area and cannot be justified with the level service and poor food quality on this evening. Soup and salad are extra charges, as are all sides with carnivore entree items. We had to ask for items usually brough proactively and also prompt usual steps of service. We were not offered drink refills and there was no checkback. Seasonal cocktails advertised on a special paper menu and on social media were a mystery to staff. The biggest food issue was The Sirloin. It arrived flat and tenderized and looked unappealing. A whole quality 8 oz sirloin cooked as requested was expected at this price point.

   Always good. We only go there once a year , but we look forward to it all year long. Love this place!

   The food was excellent. However there were service issues: - first glass of “bubbly” wine was flat no bubbles - excessive wait time for entrees (30 minutes plus) - no offers to make it right ie reduced bill or complimentary dessert

   Appetizer, salad, and two of three entrees were wonderful. My ribeye, while cooked properly (rare) was tough. Service was the high point of the evening. McKaleigh was bright, cheerful, and extremely helpful.

   Excellent service. the lighting on the enclosed patio was so glaring that it was difficult to sit through. One entree - grilled salmon with 5 spears of asparagus was well prepared and very good. the special which was salmon en croute was cloying. the addition of peanut butter and jelly Brussel sprouts were interested but kind of nasty as they coated the mouth in an unpleasant way. so, the results were mixed but service was very attentive and well executed.

   Always a wonderful experience . Server was very good and not intrusive. Best bang for my buck. Sweet celebration for my friends birthday
